Ab Blast - a half-hour class designed to strengthen the abdominal, intercostals and oblique muscle groups. May also include lower back conditioning exercises and/or gluteal work. Abs Only - A total workout for the abdominal muscle groups. Advanced Step - A more intense, higher impact Step class. Aquaerobics - Water aerobics provides you with 12 times the resistance of land-based classes yet only 10% of the stress and strain on your body. An intense cross training alternative. Feature Aqua Classes may include: Aquathon, Aqua Sports, Aqua Kick, Aqua Pump, Aqua Dancer's Sculpt and Water Dance. BLT (Butt, Legs & Thighs) - Lift that butt, sculpt those legs and shape those thighs. A kick-butt, lower body sculpting class. This is the only kind of BLT that will burn fat. Cardio Pump It Up - A challenging combo class that includes Cardio Chaser and Blood, Sweat n' Pump. Gong Meditation - A breathing and visualization-based meditation class practiced in China and Mongolia as well as by Olympic athletes and corporate executives. Your meditation guide will lead you through a journey which may enable you to expand your imagination and creativity, evolve into a state of pure relaxation and improve positive awareness of the mind, body and spirit...the sky is the limit if you want it to be. Jab, Kick n' Pump - Kick-butt kickboxing matches up with Pump It Up. Jab it, kick it and pump it out!!! Jump Rope Jam - Intervals of jump rope and athletic drills create high-intensity cross training. Fast and slow tempo music emulates the speed of sprints and the slow power of mountain climbing. Take the challenge! Kardio Kick Jam - Kickboxing with a dance!!! Kick Box/Kick Butt Kickboxin' - You will be kicking, punching, jabbing, boxing, sparring, jumping and movin' to the groovin' when martial arts and boxing challenge your stamina!! Mat Method Pilates - Based on the exercises of Joseph Pilates, this workout lengthens limbs and strengthens the torso. A great class for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Movin' To The Groovin' Aerobics - A kick-butt cardio class that is high-energy and a highly effective workout. A great fat burner and lots of fun!!! On the Ball - A class utilizing the resist-a-ball. Strength and flexibility exercises are performed on the ball designed to strengthen and lengthen the entire body. Pilates - A combination of exercises based on the concepts of Joseph Pilates to gain increased strength without added bulk as you strengthen, stretch, and elongate muscles. Benefits include improved posture and reduced stress and tension. Intermediate and advanced classes are respectively greater in their intensity. Power Pump - Take your weight workout up a notch with this muscular endurance class. Special barbells are used with weights ranging from 3 to 90 lbs along with resistance balls, dumbbells, bands and body resistance. Suitable for the first-time weightlifter as well as a definite challenge for the experienced. Power Step - This class uses Step Reebok Patterns that you can perform at all levels. The instructor will utilize choreography that can reach all levels of intensity. Power Yoga - This yoga class will suit the needs of both the intro and more advanced athlete. Poses will be more advanced and held longer (but can be modified to a beginning level). Pump It Up - The ultimate resistance training class which combines the movement of body-building techniques with body bars, dumbbells and motivating music. Step Jam - A high-powered workout which offers participants all the latest choreography and non-stop energy. Combines atletic and dance-based movements. Steppin' n' Pumpin' - Interval training involving step and pump. Stretch and Tone - A total body conditioning class; non-aerobic, focusing on flexibility, posture, toning, abdominal and strengthening exercises.
